社会化服务后食堂从业人员卫生知识和行为调查分析

Health knowledge and practice among canteen workers of Chinese People＇ s Armed Police Forces after socialization of dietary service

目的了解武警部队某部食堂社会化服务后从业人员卫生知识掌握程度及卫生行为形成情况的相关因素，为搞好食堂管理与健康知识培训，提高服务质量提供依据。方法选取武警某部院校、招待所、医院3所食堂中的管理人员与操作人员共120名进行了问卷调查。结果健康知识平均得分为（5．45±1．11）分，常见卫生习惯的养成为（5．76±1．01）分。卫生知识得分与行为得分都随着学历的升高、工龄的增长而呈显著上升的趋势，而且两者都与来源地有关而与性别无关。结论社会化服务后的食堂从业人员，对食堂卫生保障要求与健康知识掌握程度普遍偏低。

Objective To investigate the health knowledge and practice among the canteen workers of the Chinese People＇ s Armed Police Forces （CPAPF） after the socialization of dietary service. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 120 managers and workers of 3 canteens of medical college, affiliated hospital, and recreational houses selected by random clustering sampling, 45 males and 75 females, aged 35.33, 23.33% with primary school education, 35% with junior middle school education, 26.67% with senior middle school education, and 15.00% with junior college or higher education, 70% from rural areas, 24.17% from mid-sized and small towns, and 5.83% from provincial capitals and municipalities directly under the central government, and 22.50% with one-year＇s standing, 34.17% with two-year＇s standing, and 43.33% with 3-year＇s standing and over. Results The average score of health knowledge was 5.45±1.11, and the score of health practice was 5.76±1.01. Both scores increased along with the increase of educational level, length of service, and income （P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01 ）, and were not related to sex and place of origin. Condusion Both the levels of health knowledge and health behavior of the workers engaged in dietary supply after the socialization of the dietary service of CPAPF remain low.
