摘要
目的：观察急性心肌梗死患者的院前急救护理效果。方法：观察2004年6月至2008年12月确诊急性心肌梗死患者66例的临床资料。结果：66例患者经过院前急救护理后，60例安全的送入专科病房治疗，未发生意外，抢救有效率为90．9％。结论：急性心肌梗死患者应重视做好院前急救护理功课，对提高抢救成功率有很大关系。
Objective： To observe the aid nursing effects of acute myocardial infarction. Method： 66 cases with acute myocardial infarction treated from June, 2004 to December, 2008 in my hospital were review analyzed. Results： After aid nursing, 60 cases were securitiey send in the faculty hospital, and the rescues effectiveness was 90.9%. Conclusion： aid nursing analysis has important for the acute myocardial infarction patients, it can raise the rescue success ratio.
