摘要
目的:探讨心肺复苏时胸外按压所产生的潮气量。方法:采用心跳呼吸停止患者经积极抢救无效后的尸体作研究标本进行测量,所有标本均常规进行经1:1或经鼻气管插管术,胸外按压采用“THRUMP”心肺复苏仪按压,用模拟肺连接气管导管进行潮气量测定,每例标本均分别进行A组和B组方式测量。A组测量方法为单一胸外按压,B组为腹部加上束腹带后进行胸外按压,两组均分别按压2、3、4、5cm幅度进行潮气量测量。结果:两组方法的测量均记录到一定量的潮气量,A组平均潮气量在50~180ml间、B组平均潮气量在70~210ml间,B组较A组约多30ml。结论:心肺复苏胸外按压存在一定量的潮气量,加用束腹带能产生更多的肺通气量。

Results Two methods of measurement are recorded in a certain amount of tidal volume, A group of average tidal volume is in the 50-180ml, B group of average tidal volume is in the 70-210ml,A group than B group about more 30ml. Conclusion There are certain amount of tidal volume during external chest compression, It is can produce more tidal volume after Bounding abdominal.
