目的：进一步验证使用新型便盆（带充气垫便盆）提高骨科卧床病人舒适度，改善便秘，减轻护理人员负担的有效性，从而增加推广新型便盆的必要性。方法：将2006年5月一2008年2月入院的282例骨科卧床病人，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组使用新型便盆，对照组使用传统便盆，都在床上进行大小便，对使用后的效果进行追踪对比分析。结果：观察组在预防皮肤压疮、减轻疼痛、改善便秘、减少被单污染、省时省力、用后清洁简易等方面均优于对照组。差异具有着显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：新型带充气垫便盆应用于骨科卧床病人可减少皮肤硌伤、提高舒适度、改善便秘、减少被单污染、省时省力、清洁简易，减少并发症。
