摘要
目的:了解下呼吸道感染患者细菌感染趋势及耐药情况,为临床一线经验用药提供可靠的科学依据。方法:对2004—2008年我院下呼吸道感染患者送检的1200例合格痰标本进行细菌培养,用最低押菌浓度(MIC)方法进行药物敏感测定。结果:632例下呼吸道感染患者的痰培养细菌分布为:革兰氏阴性菌占68.35%,革兰氏阳性菌占9.02%,真菌占22.63%。药物敏感试验显示,大多数革兰氏阴性菌对广谱抗生素产生耐药。结论:临床上应重视下呼吸道感染的耐药问题,合理使用抗生素。
Objective To study bacterial infection distribution and antibiotics resistant state in patients with low respiratory tract infection,provide the credble science bases for the choice of current clinical medicine. Methods Culture the eligible sputum samples from 1200 respiration patients in hospital between 2004 and 2008, antibiotics sensitivity test by minimal inhibitory con- centration (MIC) were evaluated. Results Gram--positive bacteria account for 9.02 %, gram--negative bacteria 68.35 %, eumy- cetes 22.63 %. Most of gram--negative bacteria were resistant to wide--spectrum antibiotics. Conclusions Clinical doctors should pay attention to antibiotics resistance of bacteria in low respiratory tract infection,and choice antibiotics reasonably.
