上尿路手术中双J管的临床应用体会

目的：探讨双J管在上尿路手术中的置管方法、时间、适应证及并发症。方法：对106例肾结石、输尿管结石、输尿管狭窄患者，在上尿路手术中应用双J管作内支架，内引流。结果：疗效满意，术后均无严重尿外渗及伤口感染等并发症。结论：双J管具有内支架和内引流的双重作用，操作简单并发症少，疗效确切，值得基层院推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the methods, time, indications and complications of double--J tube in the upper urinary tract surgery, Methods： 106 cases of kidney stones, ureteral stones and ureteral stenosis, in the upper urinary tract surgery for double--J stent tube, internal drainage. Results： satisfaction with the efficacy of postoperative urinary extravasation and no serious complications such as wound and infection. Conclusions： double--J tube has a dual role of internal drainage and stent , simple operation with few complications, the exact effect, it is worth popularization and application of the grass--roots hospital.
