Viscosity Control in Cigarette Adhesive Production

卷烟胶主要品种是卷烟搭口胶、卷烟接嘴胶,均由PVAC乳液、VAE乳液及其改性体构成。卷烟搭口胶的保护胶体含量较低、乳液粒子的成型是影响旋转黏度测定值的主要因素,卷烟接嘴胶的保护胶体含量较高,保护胶体的含量是影响涂-4杯黏度值的主要因素。旋转黏度与涂-4杯黏度对比测定控制生产的卷烟胶,旋转黏度值与涂-4杯黏度值波动范围小,卷烟胶用于卷烟机时,使用连续性和胶体流动性好,卷烟机的平均车速高于用单一旋转黏度控制生产的卷烟胶。

The main varieties of cigarette adhesive are cigarette lap adhesive and cigarette holder adhesive. Both of them are consists of PVAC emulsion, VAE emulsion and their modified materials. Cigarette lap adhesive has a lower protective colloid content, the main factor which influences the measured value of rotary viscosity is the forming of the emulsion particle. Cigarette holder adhesive has a higher protective colloid content, the main factor which influences the measured value of Tu-4 cup viscosity is the content of the protective colloid. Through comparative determination, both rotary viscosity value and Tu-4 cup viscosity value are fluctuated in a small range. The cigarette adhesive has good continuity and its colloid has good flowability when it is used in cigarette making machine. The average speed of the cigarette making machine with the above adhesive is higher than that of the cigarette adhesive controlled by single rotary viscosity
