教师评价实践:美国的经验和启示 被引量:3

摘要 教师评价反映学校教育责任,与教师绩效管理和专业发展紧密相关。有效的教师评价以提高教师质量为目标。美国诸州在教师评价标准建设以及教师评价模式上的实践创新对今日我国教育领域中开展教师评价具有相当的借鉴意义。
