Stability of Strain GC 2 of Egg Drop Syndrome Virus

将ＥＤＳ７６ＧＣ２毒株接种于１０～１１日龄鸭胚尿囊腔内，连续传至第３０代，分别测定不同代次胚液病毒ＨＡ、ＥＩＤ５０及其免疫原性。结果，该病毒不同代次胚液ＨＡ和ＥＩＤ５０分别在１∶２１５和１０５．０／０．１ｍＬ以上，免疫原性良好，对鸭胚致死性随传代次数增加而减弱，说明该病毒稳定性良好。于－２０℃和－５０℃可分别保存６和１２个月以上。

Egg drop syndrome(EDS)virus,strain GC 2,had been inoculated in 10 to 11 days duck embryos for 30 passages.The title and immunity of those varied passages virus were estimated.The results showed that the title of HA and EID 50 of the virus at different passage were more than 1∶2 15 and 10 7.0 /mL,respectively,and the titles were hardly changed in 6 months at -20 C and in 12 months at -50 C,respectively.The chickens produced high HI antibody after inoculated with those inactive viruses.
