With the high - speed development of machinery industry production and the improvement on the technical level, new technology and new equipment are growing and widely used. As a result of the enhancing technological and equipment capacity and production speed, the continuously emerging materials which are difficult to mold and process, and the shape and size of the geometric parts are ever - changing and increasing, thus we have increasingly higher demands for the performance and quality of the matching mold. This paper starts with the quality control and some problems which happen in the process of process- ing cold stamping mold, discussing some issues in detail that we should pay attention to in the process of processing cold stamping mold and quality control.
