仔猪猪瘟免疫程序的研究

A New Immunization Procedure for Hog Cholera of Piglets

应用Ｄｏｔ－ＥＬＩＳＡ对不同日龄仔猪的猪瘟母源抗体进行检测，结果表明，仔猪在１５、２５、３５和４５日龄母源抗体阳性率分别为９８．１５％、７８．５０％、７０．４１％和２２．２２％。根据母源抗体检测结果，对各日龄仔猪免疫不同头剂猪瘟疫苗，免疫持续至１５０和２１０日龄时，对其免疫抗体进行检测，结果显示，仔猪在４５日龄接种猪瘟疫苗４头剂；３５和２５日龄接种疫苗４或６头剂；新生仔猪乳前注苗２头剂，７０日龄注苗４头剂，其阳性率均达９０％以上。

Hog cholera materal antibody piglets at different age was detected by DotELISA.The results indicated that the positive percentage in 15、25、35 and 45 days old piglets were 9815%、7850%、7041% and 2222% respectivelyAccording to this rescclts,we used different doses of Hogcholera cell vaccine to vaccinate piglets at different age.The antibody level of 150 and 210 days old pigs indicated that when 45 days old pigs were Vaccinated 4 doses per capita,35 and 25 days old pigs for 4 or 6 doses percapita,Newborn piglots before lactation first for 2 doses per copita and 70 days old piglets second vaccination for 4 doses per capita,the average positive percentages increased to above 90%.
