猴头菌提取物颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

Clinical effect of Heriacium extract granules on chronic atrophic gastritis

目的:观察猴头菌提取物颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将228例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组(114例)和对照组(114例)。治疗组给予猴头菌提取物颗粒,3g/次,tid;对照组口服枸橼酸铋钾颗粒1袋/次,tid。2组均连续服用5周为一疗程,定期随访患者持续15周。结果:治疗组患者上腹部疼痛、腹胀、食欲不振、嗳气等临床症状明显好转,有效率分别为92%,90%,95%和95%,治疗效果明显优于对照组的75%,65%,64%和69%(P<0.05);2组患者的病理组织学转归有效率分别为85.7%和65.9%,2组相比有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:口服猴头菌提取物颗粒能够成功治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,且效果优于经典胃黏膜保护剂枸橼酸铋钾。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of Heriacium extract granules on chronic atrophic gastritis. METHODS The 228 patients who were suffered from chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly assigned to two groups： 114 patients as therapy group and the other 114 patients as control group. The therapy group were given with Heriacium extract granules per os（3 g each time, rid）. The control group were administrated with bismuth potassium citrate granules（ 1 bag each time, tid ） orally. The two groups were all administrated for 3 courses of treatment（5 weeks as a course）. Regular follow-up was conducted for 15 weeks. RESULTS Clinical symptoms, such as upper abdomen pain, abdominal distension, anorexia, eructation, of the therapy group were obviously improved, and the efficiency, 92 %, 90 %, 95 % and 95 % respectively, were obviously better than control group（P〈0. 05）, which were75%, 65%, 64% and 69% respectively. Efficiency on histopathologie change of therapy group and control group were 85.7% and 65.9% respectively,and there was statistical difference between the two groups（P〈 0. 01）. CONCLUSION Chronic atrophic gastritis can be successfully cured by taking Heriacium extract granules orally,and its effect is better than bismuth potassium citrate granules.
