在我国经济特区30年的发展史上,围绕着特区的创办与发展,思想理论界曾经展开了三次关于特区发展前途命运的大论争。三次论争分别解决了特区创办的合法性、发展的目标性、模式的创新性三个主要问题,都切中了特区每一个发展阶段上的肯綮,引起了思想理论界乃至中央高层的高度关注;而这些思想论争的深入开展又进一步解放了人们的思想,推动了特区健康高速发展。

In the 30 years development of special economic zones, around its buildup and development, theorists had three times big ideological debates on its future. Three times debates had solve the three main problems as its legitimacy, developing object, and model innovation each. All of these problems were the key of every developing periods, and had gain great attention of theorists,even central leaders. These debates emancipated people＇s minds and promoted healthy and high development of special economic zones
