“渝江流域”开发构想及其对策

The Development Idea and Its Countermeasures on Yujiang River Basin

依托沿江沿河资源优势,发展流域经济进而带动整个地区的发展,被众多发达国家的经济发展过程证明是一种行之有效的方式,因此,研究借鉴发达国家流域开发模式对重庆沿江开发具有重要的现实意义。在此,将重庆沿江(长江)两岸称为"渝江流域",划分为"渝江西带"和"渝江东带",对加快推进"渝江流域"开发提出了具体思路,并指出工作重点及发展策略。

It has proved an effieent way to bring the development of the whole region by giving priority to the development of some basin area along rivers by taking rivers advantage.Therefore, researching on the developing model of it could give us some inspiration on Chongqing＇s development along Yangtzi River. Just call the areas along Yangtzi River in Chongqing as Yujiang River Basin area, and we could divide it into the West and the East areas. This article has put forward some detailed ideas and on the development and has pointed out the key of the work.
