摘要
利用有限元分析软件建立等壁厚螺杆泵的二维模型,分析计算等壁厚螺杆泵在承受不同内压力和压差作用下的接触压力,得出等壁厚螺杆泵的临界接触压力曲线,并与普通螺杆泵进行对比。结果表明:随着内压力的增加接触压力相应减小,等壁厚螺杆泵比普通螺杆泵接触压力大,减小速度慢;随着压差的增加接触压力相应增加,等壁厚螺杆泵比普通螺杆泵接触压力大;临界接触压力随着密封腔内压力的增加而减小,等壁厚螺杆泵比普通螺杆泵的临界接触压力大,减小速度慢。
Based on the finite element analysis software, the model of the two-dimensional iso-wall thickness progressive cavity pump was established. Compared to the common progressive cavity pump,the contact pressure of iso-wall thickness progressive cavity pump on different pressure and pressure difference was analyzed, and the critical contact pressure curves were obtained. The results indicate that with the increase of the inner pressure,the contact pressure reduces correspondly, the contact pressure of iso-wall thickness progressive cavity pump is larger than that of common one and the velocity reduces slowly. As the increase of the pressure difference, the contact pressure increases, the contact pressure of iso-wall thickness progressive cavity pump is larger than that of common one. With the increase of the inner pressure of the seal cavity, the critical contact pressure reduces and the contact pressure of iso-wall thickness progressive cavity pump is larger than that of common one and the velocity reduces slowly.
