摘要
提出了一种基于铁谱图像R模式聚类分析判断设备的磨合期是否结束的方法。采用铁谱仪对基本参数进行检测,对磨损总量等多个参数进行数据采集和分析,根据参数之间的相关性和磨粒成分的变化判断磨合期是否结束。结果表明,本方法避免了原有的对磨合期全时段的跟踪监测,只须根据一定的采样点数便可实现对磨合期是否结束的判断。
A method based on the R model clustering analysis on ferrography image was presented, which can judge whether the run-in period of internal combustion engine is finished. This method is to test the basic parameters by ferrography equipment, to collect and analyze the data, such as the total number about wearing and other parameters, and to determine whether the run-in period is finished according to the correlations between each parameter and the changes in the composition of abrasive debris. The results show that this method avoids monitoring on the entire stage of the run-in period, it can use a certain number of sampling points to judge whether the run-in period is finished.
