摘要
反应室的电线通入口的密封是比较困难的。不良的密封条件,如蒸气、真空、高温以及医疗上除菌的用途使得电线密封需要特别的解决办法。提出了四种密封方案,并进行了密封性能实验。结果表明,采用将电线处密封和箱体处密封两个密封任务分开进行的方法,即在反应室通入口处安装一个钢管,电线通过钢管伸入腔体,钢管和反应室间的密封采用O形圈,电线用热缩塑性套管加固的密封方案,实现了电线套管固定部位的密封。
Sealing of cables are difficult. Hard conditions for the sealing,like steam, vacuum, high temperature and medbox separately is the best. This method fixs a steel pipe at the entrance of the reaction chamber, wire is through the pipe into the cavity. O-ring is used for the sealing between steel pipe and steel reaction chamber. The wire is reinforced with heat-shrinkable plastic casing.
