鸡传染性法氏囊病不同疫苗免疫效果比较

用鸡传染性法氏囊病（ＩＢＤ）不同疫苗（Ａ组：ＩＢＤＢ８７株疫苗常规免疫；Ｂ组：ＩＢＤ组织灭活苗；Ｃ组：ＩＢＤ双价苗；Ｄ组：ＩＢＤ三价油苗；Ｅ组：ＩＢＤ中间型毒株疫苗；Ｆ组：非免疫对照）免疫鸡群，进行免疫效果比较。结果，各免疫组的免疫效果均优于对照组，以Ｂ组免疫效果最好，但成本较高；Ｅ组免疫效果较好，但法氏囊损害严重；Ｃ、Ｄ两组免疫效果相近，Ｃ组成本低，Ｄ组抗体持续时间较长；Ａ组的免疫效果最差。
