摘要
研究虚拟数字示波器在自动检测系统中的应用,旨在探询新的检测方法。本系统以DSP和CPLD芯片为主要硬件,由信号调理、A/D变换、逻辑控制等电路组成。系统通过USB总线与主机或U盘相连,也可以根据U盘中得到的数据对检测对象进行工况分析和故障预测。系统功能可在硬件不变的情况下通过修改软件实现,具有实时、多功能、性价比高等优点。
With DSP and CPLD as key hardwares, a virtual data oscillograph is designed to survey parameters. This oscillograph is composed of signal condition and A/D converter circuit, control circuit and data processing circuit. It is connected to PC through USB 2.0 bus and can be changed easily only by changing the control software. So it is charactered with real-time, mulfifunction, good cost performance.
