In this paper, the abnormal action for fast shutter baffle in the coal grinding mill of shaoguan power plant unit 8 furnace is analyzed. Through optimizing and debugging the control loop, Without large-scale field devices reform, the abnormal action of fast shutter baffle in the coal grinding mill is finally resolved when the machine set operate normally.
