摘要
Nd:YAG晶体生长炉具有非线性和大纯滞后的特点,应用常规PID控制难以实现有效控制,采用模糊自适应PID控制模型,使用Matlab进行仿真试验验证模型的有效性。
It is difficult to apply general PID control to the equipment of Nd:YAG crystal growth which has nonlinear and great pure delay characteristics. A control model using fuzzy-adaptive PID is established, and then the validity of it is validated by Matlab.
