摘要
随着电网对安全生产和电能品质的要求越来越高及发电机组参与竞价上网势在必行,网内发电机组必将投入一次调频功能。由于超临界直流锅炉蓄热能力小,使其一次调频能力受到限制。通过仿真试验,提出了实现超临界直流锅炉一次调频功能控制策略的优化方案,改进后的控制系统有效地协调了直流锅炉和汽轮机间的能量平衡,使在由于一次调频引起功率快速升、降的过程中仍能维持较好的机前压力,确保了一次调频控制系统的长期、稳定投入。
With the increasingly strict criteria for safety and quality of power grid, along with the inclination of quoted price competition in power industry, it is inevitable to put the frequency modulation into use on power units. Since supercritical once-through boiler has only a small heat storage capacity its prima frequency regulation capability is limited. Through simulation comparison, an appropriate optimized control strategy for the primary frequency regulation of superclitical once-through boile was proposed. The practical running results showed that this improved primary frequency regulation control system could effectively keep the energy balance between oncethrough boiler and steam turbine.Hence in the process of promptlv increasing or ecreasing the unit's load under the action of primary frequency regulation control system the throttle pressure before the steam, turbine could be maintained in the safe range, thus ensuring the long-time stable operation of primary frequency regulation control system.
