纤维支气管镜标本诊断肺上皮样血管内皮瘤2例 被引量：2

摘要 例1，女，40岁，患者因“阵发性干咳、发热、体重减轻、四肢酸痛2个月余”入院，原有肺结核病史。体检：浅表淋巴结未触及，听诊左下肺呼吸音减低。胸部X线片检查：左侧肺门增大,左肺中下野密度增高,边界欠清。纤支镜检查：左肺下叶支气管黏膜粗糙水肿,基底段开口狭窄。活检诊断：查见肿瘤细胞（瘤组织起源待定）。后行左侧全肺切除，
