摘要
用乙型脑炎(JE)和登革4型(DEN4)病毒人工感染雏鸡,结果表明,雏鸡能产生1~4天的JE病毒血症和1~5天的DEN4病毒血症;JE血凝抑制(HI)抗体和中和(NT)抗体于第6~8天产生,DEN4的HI和NT抗体于第8~10天产生,两种病毒的特异性抗体均于16~20天达到高峰。感染蚊虫叮咬,能将JE和DEN4病毒传给雏鸡。实验证明,雏鸡对这两种病毒敏感。认为雏鸡在JE和DEN病毒的保存和扩散中起一定作用。
Postinoculated with Japanese encephalitis(JE,Nakayama and E18 strains)and dengue type 4(DEN4,H241 and Ban18 strains),chickens showed JE viremia 1~4 days and DEN4 viremia 1~5 days,but Hemagglutination inhibition(HI) and Neutralization(NT) antibodies against JE virus appeared on the 6th~8th day.HI and NT antibodies against DEN4 virus occured on the 8th~10th day after infection.Specific antibodies reached peak value on the 16th~20th day.Mosquitoes for 10th day after infection were capable of transmitting JE and DEN4 viruses by bite to chickens.Experimental studies showed that chicken is a susceptible animal to JE and DEN viruses,and has some role in the maintenance and amplification of JE and DEN viruses in nature.
