对普通高校篮球选项课提高班教学的实验研究

目前普通高校篮球选项课提高班篮球教法陈旧,是一种简单的重复。本文将全程比赛作为实验方法,将之运用于篮球技战术教学中,对普通高校篮球提高班教学进行了大胆的实验。教学实验表明:全程比赛优于传统的篮球教学,使学生在有限的教学时数中既能充分调动学生的积极性和主动性,又能提高学生的运动能力,培养篮球素养,取得良好的教学效果。为普通高校篮球选项课提高班教学提供参考。

Current college basketball elective course for advanced class teaching is simple repetition. In this paper, the whole game as experimental methods will be applied to the teaching of basketball skills and tactics of the college basketball advanced teaching classes that conducted bold experiment. Teaching experiments showed that the whole basketball game superior to the traditional teaching, so that students in a limited number of hours of teaching can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative, but also improve their exercise capacity, quality of training basketball, a good teaching results and provide reference for improving teaching classes.
