湖南省职业男性体育锻炼现状的调查与分析

Investigation on Physical Exercise Condition of Career Man in Hunan Province

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对湖南省职业男性体育锻炼现状进行调查分析,研究表明:湖南省职业男性体育人口较少、对体育的功能认识高、工作压力大、锻炼受场地设施影响较大、体育消费较低等。

Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper makes investigation on physical exercise condition of career man in Hunan province. The result shows that sport population of career man is less, with poor understanding on sport function, more work pressure and low sport consumption.
