摘要
"减肥"已经成为大众人群关注的问题之一。但是在大众人群中,很多人无法区分体重变化与体成分的变化。不同的运动锻炼方式,不同的锻炼强度、时间和频率等,对体重和体成分的影响都有所不同。科学的减肥方式和目的应该是:通过运动锻炼和适当的饮食控制,使体脂减少并维持在正常水平,同时尽可能地保持去脂体重。体育锻炼对体成分影响的研究主要集中于三个方面,即有氧运动对体成分的影响;力量练习对体成分的影响;锻炼强度对体成分的影响。本文也将从这三方面阐述运动锻炼对体成分的影响。
Weight- losing becomes one of the hot topics in public. However, in mass population, many people can not distinguish between body weight changes and body composition Changes. Different sport exercise, different training intensity, time and frequency have different impact on weight and body composition. Scientific weight - losing method and purpose should be: through sport exercise and proper diet control, to reduce body fat and maintain the normal level, as much as possible to keep the lean -body weight. The study of sport exercise impacting on the body composition focuses on three aspects, namely, aerobic, strength and intensity impacting on body composition. This paper will also set out the three aspects of sport exercise impacting on body composition.
