摘要
介绍瑜伽运动,通过对瑜伽在中国流行的社会背景、自身的魅力与健身价值、流行的社会心理因素、商业化运作与推广等四个方面对瑜伽在中国流行的现象进行分析,试图找出瑜伽流行的原因和产业化推广的经验。从瑜伽的流行反思中国传统健身术(如:气功、太极拳)的失落,为我国民族传统体育的发展与推广提供一点宝贵的借鉴。
This paper primarily introduces the sport of Yoga, analyzes the popularity in China from four aspects, namely, Yoga' s social background in China, its inherent attractiveness and physical fitness value, social psychological factors as well as commercial operation and promotion. Explorative steps have been taken to find reasons behind Yoga' s popularity as well as experience in the industrial expansion of this sport. In view of Yoga' s popularity, recollect on the loss in traditional Chinese gymnastics, such as Qigong and Taijiquan, and provide some valuable references for the development and expansion of traditional ethnic sports in China.
