摘要
通过对盐城卫生职业技术学院二年级护理班92名女大学生进行为期3个月的体育游戏教学法对我院女大学生心理健康影响的实验研究。并对其进行锻炼前后心理健康部分评价指标的心理学测试。结果表明:经过了3个月的体育游戏教学法实验后,学生在人际关系、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性等因子方面比实验前均有显著性提高,表明体育游戏教学法对改善大学生的心理健康水平的确具有良好的效果。
This paper describes an experimental study on three - month sports game teaching impacting the mental health of 92 female students in Yaneheng Institute of Technology second - year nursing classes. Mental health evaluation of some indicators of psychology tests are made before and after their exercise. The result shows that after three -month sports games teaching on female students, a significant effect of psychological health is achieved, especially in the interpersonal relationships, forced, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoia, psychosis. It suggests that sport games teaching can effectively improve student's psychological health level.
