摘要 健身俱乐部经营活动中如果想要做大做强,必须有自己的文化诉求,然而,当我们进行企业和员工行为的考量时,又总是会发现,在企业文化的实践与主张之间存在的巨大的反差。捷克.韦尔奇曾经说:"健康向上的企业文化是企业战无不胜的动力源泉。"当常规的企业文化建设遭遇到瓶颈的时候,对于企业文化的认识必须上升到管理的高度,用企业文化管理来升级企业文化建设,实现企业文化想管理变革的深植,最后实现企业文化的管理职能。抓住企业文化的灵魂——核心价值观,使得健身俱乐部的经营可以具体化,只要能够抓住它,健身俱乐部的经营中,才会定位好企业文化建设。 If the fitness club wants to be greatly and strongly in the operation activity, it must have a desire of culture. We always found that the huge contrast between practice and viewpoint of enterprise culture during carrying on the behavior of the enterprise and staff. Czechoslovakian Welch once said: "the healthy upward enterprise culture is the invincible power". The cognition of enterprise culture must be raised to the management altitude when construction of conventional enterprise culture meet bottleneck promotes the enterprise culture construction with the enterprise culture management, realize the management transform of the enterprise culture, realizes the enterprise culture management function. Holds the soul of the enterprise - core values, materialize the management of the fitness club, as long as can hold it in the fitness club' s management, Only will then locate the construction of enterprise culture.
