摘要
网球比赛是对运动员体能、技能、战术能力、运动智能以及心理能力等的综合运用。要想取得理想的比赛成绩,除战术运用得当外,运动员心理素质的稳定发挥也是制胜的关键。本文从心理学的角度对体育专业大学生在比赛中的心理状态进行论述,并提出了几个自我心理调控的方法。
Tennis competition puts a higher demand on athlete' s physical fitness, skill, tactical ability, sportive intelligence and mental ability. In order to achieve the good results, it is very important to hold a stable mental quality for college student - athletes besides proper tactics. This paper discussed the mental condition of students in physical education major from the psychology angles during the competition and proposed several ways to make self - mental regulation.
