摘要
抽取湖南科技大学体育学院2005级体育教育专业20名学生,并对其进行大众锻炼标准(4-6级)锻炼前后体适能各项指标测试。结果表明:大众锻炼标准对提高大学生心肺适能、肌肉力量和肌力耐力、体脂成分、柔韧性及心理健康有积极影响,对提高健康体适能水平具有显著的效果。
20 students from Hunan University of Science and Technology, who are physical education major students and at grade 2005 are selected to make test on health fitness before and after mass exercise standard (grade 4 - 6). The result shows that mass exercise standard has positive influence on improving student's cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle strength and endurance, body composition, flexibility and mental health. It also has significant effect on improving health fitness level.
