柞蚕绢丝腺中DNA的提取

Extraction of DNA From Spunsilk Gland of Tussah

采用苯酚法，在适当缓冲溶液存在下从两种柞蚕样品的绢丝腺中提取出ＤＮＡ，并分别利用紫外和红外光谱法进行了表征。

Using the phenol method, two kinds of DNA in spunsilk gland of tussah are extracted and verified by UV spectrum and IR spectrum. The process and results are detailed in this paper.
