自发性气胸外科手术治疗88例分析

Analysis of 88 cases' spontaneous pneumothorax patients after surgical intervention

目的总结自发性气胸的外科治疗经验。方法回顾性分析1991年7月～2007年9月经手术治愈的88例自发性气胸(包括自发性血气胸5例),主要表现有胸痛,呼吸困难。病因均为肺大疱破裂或纤维索带撕裂。结果85例术后经过良好,患肺全部复张,3例术后漏气,最长引流39d,予低负压吸引、加强抗炎、营养支持治疗后痊愈,随访1年,无1例复发,生活质量正常。结论手术治疗自发性气胸,疗效肯定,并发症少,不易复发。临床上应以更为积极的态度治疗自发性气胸。

[Objective] To review the experience of surgical intervention of pneumothorax patients. [Method] Retrospective reviewed the symptoms and efficacies of 88 cases＇ pneumothorax patients include 5 cases of spontaneous Hemopneumothorax after surgical intervention between July 1991 and September 2007. [Results] All patients have the symptoms of chest pain, and anhelation. After surgical intervention, 85 patients fully recovered, 3 patients have occurred gas leak. After drainage, vacuum aspiration, anti-infection, and nutritional support treatment, the patients were recovered. FoUow-up visit after 1 year, no patient recur, and they all have a health life. [Conclusions] Surgical intervention is the effective treatment of pneumothorax, it is less recured and has less complications.
