A Diagnose Report of a Trionyx sinensis Disease Causing by Mixed Infection of Virus and Bacterium

本文报告中华鳖因球形病毒和嗜水气单胞菌混合感染发病死亡的诊治结果。该病毒散在分布于宿主肝细胞的细胞核和细胞质中，受感染细胞被破坏明显。嗜水气单胞菌则可能是继发感染。根据药敏试验对发病鳖群采取改良环境和药物治疗相结合的治疗方法取得了良好的效果。

this paper deal with the diagnosis and prevention results of cultured Trionyx sinensis infected by a spherovirus mixed with Aeromonas hydrophila.The virus spread in plasma and nucleus of hepatic cell and the infected cells were damaged obviously. The pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila might be second infection. This disease could be cured or prevented by regulating ecosystem and using proper medicines.
