增强颗粒形状对Al/SiC复合材料室温下阻尼特性的影响

摘要 利用有限元方法对Al/SiC复合材料的阻尼特性进行了数值模拟,着重研究了增强颗粒的几何形状对Al/SiC复合材料室温阻尼特性的影响,结果显示圆形的增强颗粒的效果最好,同时还发现当增强颗粒的体积分数为4.5%~5.0%时。 Finite element method was employed to simulate the damping behavior of the composite Al/Sic.The influence of the enhanced particulate′s shape on the damping property of the composite was investigated.From the results,it was concluded that the circular particulates were the most powerful enhanced particulate.It was also found that the damping property was most improved if the volume fraction was in the range of 45%~50%.
