摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了形变Cu8.2%Ag4%Nb原位复合材料的室温组织和退火时组织的变化。结果发现,Nb纤维为细片状,经400℃,2h退火后产生断裂。
The microstructures at room temperature and after annealing of deformation Cu Ag Nb in situ composite were observed by optical microscopy and SEM and TEM. The results show that the Nb phase has thin plate(that is filament), and it was broken up after 400 ℃, 2 h annealing.
