摘要
以哈尔滨市城郊菜地土壤为例,通过野外调查和室内分析对哈尔滨城郊菜地土壤的理化性质及重金属含量进行研究。在用X射线荧光光谱法测定沉积物中重金属时,为检测实验分析的可靠性,随机抽取了12个样品做5次重复实验,测得As、Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn的相对标准偏差分别为0.005%、0.006%、0.013%、0.003%和0.011%,结果表明X射线荧光法测定样品,不需对固体样品进行消化处理,操作简便,可以同时测定多种元素,效率较高,而且是一种非破坏性的分析方法,样品可重复利用。
This paper is an experimental research about heavy metal Determination in Vegetable Soil in Sub-urb of Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. When the determination of heavy metals in Vegetable Soil by X-Ray Fluorescence Spectromtry 12 sammples were randomly selected and determined for five repeated experiments. Relative standard deviation of the results were all less than 0.005%, 0.006%, 0.013%, 0.003% and 0.011% of As, Cr, Cu, Pb, Zn, Compared with chemical method, the method of X-ray fluorescence spectrum has the advantages of the sampling being simple, the analytical speed being quick, the result being accurate etc. The heavy metals in the sediment were determined by the method and the precision and reprodueibity are in agreement with standard methods.The results of experiment show that this method may be used to determine heavy metals in the sediment.
