摘要
提出了一种粒子与凝固界面的相互作用模型。当陶瓷粒子与固液界面的接触角小于90°时,粒子将被生长的固相界面所捕捉。反之,将被排斥。接触角小于90°的条件是使粒子与固相的界面能小于粒子与液相的界面能。利用区域熔化定向凝固的方法,用Al-Si/Al2O3系复合材料进行实验,验证这一模型。
An interaction model is proposed for a particle with a solid/liquid interface. When the contact angle between a ceramic particle and solid/liquid interface is less than 90°, the particle will be entrapped by growing solid interface. Otherwise, it is rejected. The necessary condition for making the contact anlge less than 90° is to make the interfacial energy of a particle with a solid smaller than that of the particle with the liquid. The interaction model has been verified using the zone melting UDS method with the AlSi/Al2O3 composites.
