摘要
镁锂基复合材料由于其较低的密度而具有高的比强度和比模量,是一种很有发展前景的宇航材料。本文论述了镁锂基复合材料的各种制造方法以及镁锂基复合材料的种类与特性,并讨论了各种增强剂与镁锂基体的界面反应及机械性能。论述了如何控制反应和选择合适的复合体系以及如何对增强剂进行表面处理以改善镁锂基复合材料性能的途径。
MgLi matrix composites possesses high values of specific strength and high specific modulus because of the low density of MgLi matrix. So, it is expected to be widely used in aerospace. This paper deals with the system and fabrication of MgLi matrix composites. The mechanical properties and interfacial reaction of MgLi matrix composites also are discussed. In order to improve the mechanical properties of MgLi matrix composites, a method to control the interfacial reaction is introduced.
