摘要
介绍了六路并联全自动加温加压快速溶剂萃取仪控制系统的设计和实现。萃取是样品前处理的一种很重要的手段。加温加压快速溶剂萃取(ASE或PSE)是用溶剂萃取固体或半固体样品的新颖样品前处理方法,具有更快速、溶剂用量少等优点。针对加温加压快速溶剂萃取(ASE或PSE)过程的特点,按照六路自动化并行处理的要求,对基于ADuC831单片机及CPLD芯片的控制系统硬件及软件设计等内容进行了论述,给出了该仪器试验数据,说明了控制系统设计的合理性。
The design and implementation of control system of six channels parallel pressurized solvent extraction (PSE) instrument were introduced. Extraction is a very important tool for sample preparation. Pressurized solvent extraction (PSE or ASE) is a new technique that reduces solvent consumption and sample preparation time. According to the features of PSE and the parallel extraction need, the hardware and software design of the control system based on ADuC831 and CPLD were discussed. It gives the exoerimental data by the instrument based on the control system.
