电子鼻在高档消费品品质检测中的应用

Application of Electronic Nose in Quality Detection of Expensive Consumer Goods

近年来电子鼻已在许多领域得到广泛应用。本文在简要介绍电子鼻系统及相关数据处理方法的基础上,概述了国内外学者在电子鼻应用方面的研究工作,分别举例综述了电子鼻在烟草、酒、食用油、化妆品4类高档消费品品质检测的应用进展,重点在产地溯源、品牌保护、真伪辨别、新品种配方等领域介绍了电子鼻品质检测的应用研究成果和潜在应用。

The electronic nose （e-nose） has been widely applied in many fields recent years. In this paper, we briefly introduce the construction of e-nose system and associated data processing methods, and studies in related areas. The application development of e-nose in four kinds of consumer goods which include tobacco, liquor, edible oil and cosmetics are described. By summarizing the methods and research achievements in quality detection and goods classification, more potential applications such as tracing original source, protecting brands, identifying authenticity and composing ingredient are mainly presented.
