摘要
本文介绍了在能谱仪使用过程中的正确操作步骤、探头的保护、定期补充液氮和condition化的重要性;阐述了能谱仪的无标样/有标样定量分析功能、在植物科学研究中的应用、能谱分析方法和实验条件的选择,为能谱仪在植物科学研究中的应用和维护提供了经验。这些都是实际工作中经验的总结和提高。对分析电镜的同行以及相关的科学研究有一定的参考价值。
Proper operation steps, maintenance of Si(Li) detector, regular addition of liquid nitrogen and indispensable conditioning during EDS's working are introduced first in this paper. Afterward the paper illustrates principally standards/ non-standards quantitative x-ray microanalysis function of EMAX ENERGY, application to botanical research, analytical approaches and choices of experimental conditions. Above all is a summary of work experience and the results could provide some reference for other colleagues. And that is also worth for analysts and relevant scientific studies.
