受全球金融危机持续冲击，俄罗斯宏观经济形势急转直下，金融市场和实体经济遭受双重打击，该国政府在危机不同时期出台不同危机应对措施，将政策救助重点从单个企业转为银行业进而对整体经济给予支持。作为“金砖四国”的中国和俄罗斯在经济发展方面具有一定的相似之处，俄罗斯在危机不同时期采取对抗金融危机冲击的政策措施对我国具有一定借鉴意义，本文提出了具有针对性的政策建议。
