摘要
改革三十年来,党的干部任用机制无论从形式还是到内容都发生了一些变化,因此,高等学校如何建立科学的干部管理机制,有其内在的特殊性需要正确应对。本文分析了目前高校干部管理现实中存在的一些现象,提出了相应的管理思路,对认识高校的干部管理工作有一定参考价值。
Reforms for 30 years,party's cadre assign the mechanism regardless of has all had some changes from the form to the content, therefore ,how the college does establish the science the cadre manages the mechanism, has its intrinsic particularity to need to be supposed correctly to. This article analyzes the present university cadre to manage some phenomena which in the reality existed, proposed the corresponding management mentality, to knew the university the cadre supervisory work had certain reference value.
