摘要
由于文化根源、社会基础、企业实践的不同,导致中西方人力资源管理的实践效果有所不同。本文从社会文化差异、社会人力资源差异以及企业人力资源差异等角度进行综合分析,以提高中国企业的人力资源管理水平。并对我国人力资源管理发展进行展望,在实践中建立具有中国特色先进的人力资源管理模式。
Owing to the diverse cultural foundation,society basis and enterprise situation,the practical effectiveness of management of human resource is different between the west and Chinese society. In order to improve the ability of the management of human resource in Chinese enterprise, the difference of social culture, social management of human resource and corporate management of human resource were researched comprehensively. The advanced mode of management of human resource with the distinct Chinese characteristic should be achieved by practice in the future.
