本文通过教学个案分析，得出：作为教师，最深刻的教训是：①任何时候都要注意研究学生心理，理解他们的想法，尊重他们的自尊心，既要加强管理，纠正学生的不良行为，又要在教育的同时，多一点宽容。②对待任何突发事件均要冷静，理智地分析。及时想好处理方案。做到既注重全局，又处理果断。③处理问题时。无论事件往哪个方向发展，都要时刻提醒自己作为一名教师、一个管理者，应该成熟、老练，机敏，及时调整策略，使问题顺利而圆满地解决。
