标准外伤大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤56例分析

目的观察标；住外伤大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床效果。方法对56例重型颅脑损伤患者采用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅减压术治疗。采用格拉斯哥预后评分表（GOS）评定病人恢复情况。结果伤后半年随访，26例（46．4％）预后良好，中残10例（17．9％），重残7例（12．5％），植物生存2例（3．6％），死亡11例（19．6％）。结论标准外伤大骨瓣减压术减压充分，可有效改善重型颅脑损伤患者的预后，降低病死率。

Objective： To obseRve the clinical effect of standard tRauma big bone flap pRessuRe-Reduction opeRation on seveRe brain injuRy. Method： Fifty-six cases with seveRe brain injuRy weRe tReated with standard trauma big bone flap pRessuRe-Reduction opeRation. Glasgow outcome scale （GOS） year follow-up, among 56 cases, 26 cases （occupied 46.4%） weRe used to evaluate theRapeutic effect. Result： AfteR a half had good prognosis, 10 cases （17.9%） middle handicapped, 7 cases （12.5%） seveRely handicapped, 2 cases （3.6%） lived as plant, 11 cases （19.6%） dead. Conclusion： The standaRd tRauma big bone flap pRessuRe-Reduction opeRation can fully Reduce intRacRanial pRessuRe, maRkedly impRove the prognosis and decRease death Rate of patients with seveRe bRain injuRy.
