利培酮联合认知行为干预对慢性精神分裂症患者的治疗

目的探讨利培酮联合认知行为干预对慢性精神分裂症患者的疗效及远期影响。方法纳入慢性精神分裂症患者68例为观察对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各34例。两组均给予利培酮治疗，观察组联合认知行为干预，采用BPRS和SANS于治疗前、治疗后6周末、12周末分别进行评定，总疗程为12周。观察两组患者治疗前后BPRS和SANS评分、18个月后患者复发率及服药依从性。结果（1）两组组在治疗后6，12周末BPRS和SANS与治疗前比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05），治疗后6．12周末，观察组与对照组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。（2）随访18个月，观察组与对照组复发率、服药依从性比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论利培酮联合认知行为干预能明显缓解慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状，提高患者的疗效及服药依从性，减少疾病的复发率：

Objective： To investigate the joint RispeRidone on cognitive-behavioRal inteRvention in patients with chronic schizophRenia and long-teRm effects. Methods： The patients included in 68 cases of chRonic schizophRenia foR the obseRvation of objects, weRe Randomly divided into obseRvation gRoup and 34 cases of the contRol gRoup. Conclusion： RispeRidone combined cognitive-behavioRal inteRvention can significantly alleviate the chronic schizophRenia patients with negative symptoms and impRove dRug efficacy and patient compliance, Reduce disease Relapse Rate.
