妇产科见习中存在许多困难和矛盾，使教学质量难以提高。为了改变这种状况，特进行了改革，采用了以病历为核心的临床探索式教学，结合影像学资料库，及双语教学，弥补了临床教学资源不足的问题，使临床见习过程更加生动，有趣，提高了同学的学习积极性，使教学质量得到了明显的改善。

TheRe aRe many difficulities and pRoblems in clinical novitiate teaching in gynecology and obstetRics, then make it difficult to improve teaching quantity. To amend this, the RefoRm was made, including clinical exploRatoRy teaching with cases as coRe, connected with image data bank and bilingual education. Thus, the pRoblem of shoRt of teaching ResouRces is made up; the pRocess of clinical novitiate teaching is more inteResting and active; the students＇ passion to study is much more; and the teaching quantity is impRoved obviously.
